Preferential insurance of peaches and apricots has started in Azerbaijan

​Preferential insurance of peach and apricot gardens has started in Azerbaijan within the framework of state-sponsored agricultural insurance.

This was reported by the Agrarian Insurance Fund.​

According to the information, by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers dated December 21, 2021, apricots and peaches (nectarines) are also included in the list of insured products.

As a result, farmers and businessmen growing these fruits in Azerbaijan can insure their gardens against various risks.​​​
